This is a new free feature to serve visitor to our site. We welcome any questions that are related to mental health and Christian living. There will be an option for you to either email us or fill out a form on our site while you are online. The answers will be provided online and will be archived for other visitors to reference. We will use discretion to protect the privacy of individuals. When submitting a question, specific details such as real names or locations should not be used. We cannot respond to emergencies such a threat of self-harm and potential harm to others.
We are not able to commit to a time-frame for an answer at this time, but we would like to provide a respond as quickly as we can. We would like to consider a turn-around time of within one week, if not sooner. There will be a consideration for vacation and down time for website maintenance. (To help us manage the volume of these questions, we may need your reminder by email should your question is not answered within two weeks.)
Answers will be provided by a licensed professional, an experienced psychologist such as Dr. Melvin Wong or a staff under his supervision. We have the expertise of an experienced pastor of family ministries, Dr. Brian Owyoung on family issues. He is also able make comments on theological issues relating to Christian living. Mr. Bob Brennan, a former inner-city cross cultural missionary can may comments on issues related to leadership burn-out.
